1. Services Provided

Terry Cabs provides taxi services, airport transfers, vehicle rentals with drivers, and tour packages within Sri Lanka. While we strive to provide accurate information regarding our services and pricing on this website, all bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking & Payments

• Reservations: Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
• Pricing: Prices quoted are estimates based on the distance and vehicle type. Final fares may vary if the route changes or additional stops are requested by the passenger.
• Tolls & Parking: unless explicitly stated otherwise, highway tolls and parking fees are the responsibility of the passenger.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that travel plans change. However, we request that you inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. For airport transfers, please notify us immediately if your flight details change. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations where a driver has already been dispatched.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate a trip immediately if a passenger behaves in a threatening or unruly manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Terry Cabs will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic congestion, road accidents, weather conditions, or mechanical failure.
• Missed flights or appointments resulting from such delays. We recommend booking your ride with ample time to spare.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please check your seats before exiting.
